What we collect
When you send a message, request a quote, place an order or subscribe, we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone, organisation, delivery address and order details. We also keep basic technical logs (such as IP address) to protect the site from abuse.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare quotations, process and deliver orders, issue receipts, and — if you subscribed — send occasional product updates. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Orders and receipts are kept as long as tax law requires.
